FACEBOOK PROVES WHAT WE ALREADY KNOW: Old people babble, young people are angry.
More to say on this, but don't have time to say it at the moment. But bottomline: brevity is the better part of valor online and in most communications. I remember when my newspaper editors taught me to assume my readers had many other influences vying for their attention besides me and therefore I needed to hone and refine my message down to the bare minimum, much of the time.
