Hiker Trips, Falls to Her Death At the Grand Canyon

RUTH BADER GINSBURG COMES COMPLETELY, INAPPROPRIATELY UNHINGED
DREHER: COPS CAN'T BE OUR SAVIORS

35 YEAR OLD COLLEEN BURNS WAS HIKING WHEN SHE STEPPED ASIDE TO LET ANOTHER HIKER BY AT A NARROW PLACE....

How quickly life can change on a dime. One minute you're happy, healthy, enjoying vacation time with friends. The next, it's completely over.

My heart  goes out to Colleen's family and friends. I can identify with this one because several weeks ago, I tripped on a root on a trail here in JH and had a  painful fall....not the typical kind where you fall on your backside and bounce.   This one was worse. But it could have been much, much worse, so I'm recovering  and grateful to God to be almost back to normal.
