I LOVE QUICK REFRESHERS LIKE THIS. No one does it better than BI. These are tips you already know, but need to re-instill from time to time.
What could be better than doing this while inside, waiting out the most horrible, terrible, really bad weather we've had in decades. Showing a real interest calling a person by their name, and saying Tell Me are just a few ways personal and business relationships are improved instantly.
