A FEW PICS FROM the glamorous dinner for Indian PM Manmohan Singh and his wife. Mainly a partisan affair with the usual suspects--big Dem power brokers/donors, Hollywood and MSM smoozers etc, with the exception of a few conservatives, including LA Governor and Mrs. Bobby Jindal. Must say Michelle Obama looks stately and fab! Guest list.
Nancy is always turned out well with the help of the Four Seasons Salon in Georgetown. Tonight is no exception. The only thing that bothers me here is what's going on with her hem, or hems. Think this dress would be snappier cropped a little shorter towards the ankle. Other than that, she looks good in black here with her husband Paul.

I'm going full bitchy here. Shouldn't do it, but sometimes its better to be worse.
Katie Couric. What kind of control freak is this woman? She always ends up with these Ken Doll men whose testosterone is on the low side. I suspect she only dates men she can dominate. She needs a MAN. A man would refuse to put up with her manure. Katie Couric is surrounded by sycophants, and she doesn't need a boyfriend or husband who is also a sycophant. She needs a man who has zero respect for perkiness, and whose entire life doesn't constitute an extended apology for being a man. I think Katie Couric dates children. And her act is not going to wear well over time. There's nothing sadder than an aging perky woman - except, maybe, a condescending and pretentious airhead. Katie Couric's career is not going to end well. Her only consolation is her great wealth will constitute F/U money to everyone in the world. It won't be enough. She is spiritually barren.
Here ends me being as worser as I get. Cocktail party snark is not my strong suit. Thank goodness.

BTW, about twelve years ago she was a fly fishing client of mine. We spend an entire day on a trout stream together....
