A long time ago far, far away in Southeast Asia, I went to great lengths to insure that my vote would arrive in time to be counted. These days, at least if your are in Maryland, you need to make certain the equipment is "calibrated properly." Here in Tennessee, you just need to take the time. No excuses accepted.
