Prayers For Our Wee Newborn

THERE IS LITTLE ON EARTH that compares to cradling our newborn grandson in my arms (after weeks in the NICU) and praying the deepest of prayers for his salvation and well being and the same for his beloved mother and father. I sang him lullabies and softly whispered the story of Another Birth 2000 years ago in his ears. This is a holy, humbling and tender place to be. For which I am most grateful to God and my Lord Jesus Christ. Nothing more to say but to express the deepest, most ineffable and profound gratitude for the new little life among us. May God bless, protect and guide this little baby boy and his parents, always.

Just came up for air to check your blog and there was the dear, dear
photo of you with your precious grandson. I am thrilled for you.

From what I can tell it looks like the picture was taken at home.
How wonderful.

Thank you for playing this music, which I used to sing over and over to baby Sara. Today she placed her head in my arms as we listened. good medicine for a child who can match manic episodes with anyone one the planet, but thankfully never gets depressed.

Prayers for your precious grandchild.

What a beautiful pair! The grandmother looks as if she should be a mother. This photo should be entered in the Cutest Pair contest.
