The Telegraph Names Internet Top Ten of 2007

It's a British take on the year now ending, but still not bad from where I stand. From the phenomenon called GodTube to the King of Spain standing up to Chavez, it's been quite a year. I know it's early, but it's my blog and I'm doing it now anyway.
