FEDERAL SUBSIDIES FOR OBAMACARE HAVE BEEN RULED ILLEGAL.
More soon; however, there's no doubt this ruling is not the final word and will be appealed to SCOTUS by the White House and DOJ. What the Supremes do with it remains to be seen. Still, it appears this once mighty piece of socialist legislation is in tatters more than ever. And that millions of people will be free of this onerous law.
UPDATE: Oops, Not so fast! SCOTUS will decide the matter once and for all.
