Hi Mom, I apologize ... I thought you were criticizing the Powerline video, but you were referring to the Red State article on leftist Superbowl ads. The guy who wrote that article needs to drink a beer and chill out. His examples of 'guilt producing' ads seem to me to be really reaching. I have never felt the slightest bit of guilt from any ad trying to sell a materialistic product in my life. All marketing (left or right oriented) is designed to manipulate people's emotions on some level. And because I understand that, I almost never buy into the manipulation. Seems like this guy is projecting his guilt outward as a way to criticize others. Kind of immature, in my opinion.
