TRB: CANADA BILL JONES, A MAGNIFICENT BASTARD, DEFINES HEDGE FUND WORD AGNOSTICISM
HAVE TO AGREE HERE WITH BRENT BOZELL. The French magazine Charlie Hebdo certainly has the legal right under the First Amendment to parody Islam or any other religion it chooses, including Christianity which it has done in disgusting ways. The First Amendment guarantees some people will be offended by its drawings even as most defend the magazine's right to create and promulgate them. But is this extreme kind of spoofing really morally defensible? For most of us, it's really not.
Bozell makes some good points.
