First Sunday in 2014: Only A Visitor Here, Part 2

PASTOR MIKE ATKINS AT RIVER CROSSING IN JACKSON HOLE continues to talk on the topic of having an eternal perspective during our earthly lives and having the wisdom to know that nothing this side of heaven will ever, ever satisfy us totally. Like it or not, God has placed eternity in our hearts that nothing but eternity can satisfy.

The more heavenly minded we are, the less controlled we'll be by our circumstances in this fallen world.  In the next world, those who've accepted the incredible free gift of what Jesus did to redeem sinners on the Cross will experience the unending task of glorifying and enjoying God forever.  Joy is the serious task of heaven.  Amen and amen.
