  1. Hi,

S remarked it would have been fun if you could have come to the middle-of-the-night party. I got up at 2:00, showered and cut up some fruit, and pulled in at her house at 3:00. K came from next door about 3:30, and B came with scones at 4:00.

Wasn't it spectacular - came off just perfectly. I thought Kate's dress could not have been more beautiful and appropriate; it was a classic and will never look dated (as Princess Anne's and Diana's do, in my opinion). And Pippa's dress was equally stunning. Those Middletons are all Whippet thin aren't they? Queen Elizabeth looked lovely in her yellow choice, I thought - hard to believe she's 85. Wonder if Andrew's daughters picked out their outland!ish getups to rebel because their mother was not invited. Have you ever! I like Camilla, but did not care for her coatdress - pleats were not becoming. William and Harry were both adorable - loved how William went outside the night before and talked to the peeps gathered to spend the night. I loved it all - the music, the minister's message - and the trees in the Abbey! That was brilliant - made it even more beautiful. We'll discuss more in person when you get home.

  5. I absolutely love the link to fashion winners & losers--it is great. I have been so glued to the tv, whenever I could, to see everything--especially loved the bride's gown & veil.
