SIDE STREETS MOSTLY TO TOTALLY IMPASSABLE. Major streets open---kinda, sorta. City buses abandoned on streets everywhere. Taxis scarce as hens' teeth.... And still very, very windy. I'm dreamin' of warm sea breezes and palm trees...Actually and in truth, I'm happy exactly where I am even though I have on almost everything in my suitcase....
From where I'm sitting, it's beautiful! Stay warm up there girl! I'd love a photo of you in all your garb! LOL
