Roasted Tomatoes and Radichio


GOING HOME TO THE COUNTRY THIS YEAR TO A THANKSGIVING GATHERING with my oldest, dearest friends. Everyone is bringing something. I got to roast vegetables. Our hostess and her hubby are cooking the turkey.

Just pulled everything out of the oven. Tomorrow I'll add some Parmesan cheese to the tomatoes and put more herbs on the radichio before putting everything in the car. I also roasted fresh asparagus which I'll take up with mock hollandaise. Will be away from my computer for a day and night, but be back with some pics late Friday or Saturday.
